If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we can modify or cancel the order while it is in our warehouse and before it is sent, once the order is sent, you cannot modify or cancel your order.

Return or exchange the product If there is no error or defect in the product, but you no longer want it for some reason, we are happy to serve you by replacing the product and sending it back when you have it. Contacted within a maximum of 3 days of receiving the order, but the store will not bear the shipping and return costs except for products in general, and we apologize for returning or exchanging them.

The product to be replaced or returned must be unused and in its original condition and in a resalable condition. Used or damaged products whose packaging will not be received as reference goods.
